Strategic Account Growth Manager

N-able is a rapidly growing software company with a presence in over 15 countries. We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead our sales efforts in France and Benelux.
Job OverviewThis role requires a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the IT channel in France and Benelux. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with distribution partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds budgeted targets, focusing on new business opportunities and up-selling/cross-selling existing customers.
- Distribution Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, their customers (Managed Service Providers, Resellers), and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth and partner satisfaction.
- Account Acquisition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage account acquisition strategies, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting agreed-upon targets.
- Performance Review: Regularly review distributor performance, provide feedback to internal stakeholders, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Training and Support: Train sales resources within distribution organizations, attend client meetings, and provide support where required.
- Languages: Native French speaker with excellent Business-level English skills; Dutch or German is an asset.
- Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience in the IT channel (Vendor, Distribution, Reseller, Managed Service Provider); SaaS software sales experience is an advantage.
- Skills: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, dynamic prioritization, effective multi-tasking, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Travel: Up to 33% of working time may involve travel.
- Competitive Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
