Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of German SME clients, focusing on growth and long-term retention strategies.
  • Identify client needs and sell relevant products and services to enhance customer engagement.
  • Proactively manage a pipeline, prioritizing opportunities to achieve and exceed growth targets.
  • Seek new sources for expansion, including self-generated, client referrals, subsidiaries, and sister companies.
  • Deliver premium value aligned with client goals, ensuring a positive customer experience and advocacy.
  • Understand clients' opportunities, threats, and risks to maintain and grow relationships.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Native German language skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Background working in the German Market.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook and focus on achieving targets.
  • Challenger mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify new business opportunities.
  • Natural forward planner, highly organized, and able to manage multiple customers at different sales process stages.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members to maximize performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including German native language skills and fluency in English, with the ability to speak confidently with senior executives and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to quickly understand clients' needs to drive results and identify new opportunities.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to drive innovation and change.
