Business Development Manager Microsoft

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Vienna, Austria. This is a full-time position that requires strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills.
About the Role
This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with top customers, identifying future opportunities, and expanding market share. You will work closely with the team to grow the business, maximize Arrow's share of customer spend, and drive customer enablement.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategic business plans with customers to drive Microsoft Business growth.
- Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts responsible for design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges.
- Develop creative solutions to drive customer adoption and expand business in Microsoft Modern Workplace Portfolio.
- Prioritize time on the largest growth opportunities within the account base.
- Manage accounts and complaints within your account base, taking ownership of customer satisfaction.
Your Profile
We are looking for a self-starter with a can-do attitude, focused and determined individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has sales-driven experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think creatively. Strong knowledge of IT landscape and current technologies is essential, as well as fluency in both German and English language.
