We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Business Growth Leader to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our Security organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and securing customer success in the Enterprise tier.

In this role, you will lead a team of world-class cybersecurity sellers, guiding them in achieving and exceeding targets by delivering end-to-end security thought leadership, strategies, and transformational customer outcomes. You will empower your team to drive security wins by providing coaching and guidance on planning, orchestration, and execution of security opportunities, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and upsell.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customers' industries and business priorities, discussing customer needs and solutions based on customer insights.
  • Lead the team to develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders to grow Microsoft Security share of wallet.
  • Sales Execution: Act as a thought leader in digital transformation, leading the team to develop strategies that help understand customer business needs and accelerate revenue and growth for security business.
  • Provide consistent coaching rhythm, leveraging a coaching framework to enhance technical and sales capabilities across the organization.
