Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in a collaborative environment fostering high performance and expertise growth.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to safeguard our infrastructure and data, aligning with industry best practices and standards.
  • Regular risk assessments and vulnerability analysis identify potential threats proactively, ensuring timely mitigation and minimizing the impact of security breaches.
  • Achieve prompt incident response through effective coordination with relevant stakeholders, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, threats and best practices in cybersecurity, integrating them into our security operations to maintain a robust defense posture.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field, with relevant certifications highly valued.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, ideally in blue teaming positions with extensive knowledge of security frameworks and industry standards.
  • Proven management skills, preferably with 1+ year of experience leading teams.
  • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, industry standards and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments, critical for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication skills enabling the conveyance of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Competitive Compensation Package
  • Salary: EUR 3,828 per month (minimum salary required by Austrian law), adjusted based on qualifications and experience.
