Your Mission

We are seeking an IT Security Team Leader who will lead and mentor a small team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design and implementation of cybersecurity strategies and initiatives to safeguard our organisation's infrastructure and data.
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to ensure proactive identification and mitigation of potential threats.
  • Managing security incident response and investigations, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to minimize the impact of security breaches.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices, and integrating them into our security operations.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, with relevant certifications a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a cybersecurity role, ideally as an IT Security Engineer with extensive blue teaming experience.
  • First-hand experience in managing a team, with a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Experience with cloud environments is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
