About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, research, and strategy development. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Regional Director and Regional Head of Operations in developing a comprehensive IFC strategy for Europe. This will involve conducting industry and market research, analyzing business performance, and preparing documentation for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in Europe
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Prepare high-quality documentation for projects, including reports and presentations
  • Support the Regional Director in managing operational matters
  • Contribute to department-wide initiatives to improve systems and project delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, economics, finance)
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Advanced user level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
