Job Overview:
A challenging role at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH, offering a gross annual salary of at least € 98,000.-, is available for an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to support strategic and operational HR business objectives across Commercial Organisation in AOP Health. The successful candidate will act as an internal advisor, providing advice and coaching across all elements of the employee lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities:
* Actively partner with stakeholders to understand current and future business needs and implement global HR strategy
* Assist leaders with strategic planning and forecasting needs regarding people and organisational culture
* Collaborate with leaders to co-design their areas in terms of organisational development (e.g. planning of required positions and development of talents)
* Provide recommendations on ways to enhance workplace and company culture based on business insights
* Serve as first point of contact for managers and employees: provide guidance and support when implementing HR policies and procedures, equip business leaders with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage and develop their people
* Oversee the employee life cycle, ensuring global standards are fulfilled (e.g. performance management, reward and recognition, talent management, employee development)
* Monitor employee engagement and develop/implement measures to increase sustainably employee satisfaction

Your Qualifications and Experience:
* Completed studies in business administration with specialisation in HR or comparable education
* 7+ years of professional experience, including 2 years in a lateral leadership role, ideally in a HR role
* Pharma/Life Science industry experience, preferably in support of commercial/country organisations and experience working in international companies with matrix organisation preferred
* Solution-oriented work approach, ability to think outside the box
* Enthusiastic team player with high level of adaptability and positive attitude towards change
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and influence across the matrix organisation
* Well organised, able to focus on several issues and prioritise effectively
* Experience in coaching, open for feedback and driving leadership
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German
