Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in Amazon Europe Core. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of programs across various business units, ensuring timely delivery and meeting or exceeding program goals. Your expertise in project management, B2B implementations, and negotiation will be crucial in driving internal efficiencies and implementing required business policies into Amazon Business accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Fluent English language skills
• Prior experience in project management, B2B implementations, and negotiation
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects
• Attested history of building business requirements and requests for proposal
