Your Mission
  • Take ownership of clients from sales to ensure a seamless onboarding process
  • Accompany clients through their Proof-of-Concept projects, ensuring a positive and successful experience with Prewave
  • Create an exceptional customer experience by training users, sharing best practices, and optimizing customer use to meet their needs
  • Present the capabilities of our product to clients, driving potential upsell and growth opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with clients, understand their requirements, set up project plans, and present results
  • Represent the customers' best interests within the company, communicating their inputs with the technical team to drive product improvement
Your Profile

We are looking for individuals with:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, managing enterprise-level client portfolios
  • Tech-savviness and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms
  • Familiarity or willingness to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Initial experience with project management
  • Very good Excel skills
  • A valid work permit for Austria
  • Fluent English skills and an additional language (either French, Italian, or Portuguese)

Bonus points for:

  • Fluent German skills
  • Completed higher education (HAK, HTL, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a technical industry/environment
  • Previous experience or exposure to the supply chain industry
  • Previous experience in procurement industry/environment
