Customer Success Manager - Scale & Growth

As a Customer Success Manager on the Scale & Growth Team, you will be the primary point of contact for clients throughout their experience cycle. Your goal will be to provide expert advice on how to structure internal processes to drive growth while using Deel's product adoption and help clients with their remote global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management
  • Working with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience
  • Setting up outreach campaigns for the customer base
  • Preventing and eliminating churn
  • Growing relationships with a larger book of clients and promoting their growth at Deel

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Success
  • Experience in outreach campaigns & automation
  • Ability to deal with escalations and frustrating customers
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Based in the EMEA timezone

  • Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones
  • Experience working in a remote team
  • Experience working at a high growth start-up or scale up
  • Fintech or HR tech experience
