Cloud Customer Success Manager

Oracle Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and adoption of our cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management across lines of business and third parties.
- Plan and deploy support activities to ensure effective delivery within agreed budgetary constraints.
- Advise customers on effective and efficient use of Oracle support services and products.
- Communicate opportunities for customers to engage with Oracle, such as technical events and business seminars.
- Assist in the renewal of Support contracts and contribute to pre-sales activities.
- Fluent German and English essential.
- 10+ years of Customer Success Management experience within Enterprise Software.
- Retail Experience with an understanding of how the customer runs their business is a plus.
- Cloud Technical knowledge and experience within a Service Delivery environment.
- Executive Sponsorship & Collaboration skills.
