Technical Customer Success Manager – Connectivity

A1 Telekom Austria is a leading digitalization partner for medium-sized businesses, and we're looking for a skilled Technical Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success Management Team, you'll play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify customer process needs and system landscapes to deliver tailored solutions
- Proactively interact with customers to understand their value adds and provide expert guidance
- Coordinate customer amendment handling and implementation with our Technical Customer Success Management Team
- Support and train customer service teams on new products and after-sales customer care
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and budget management skills
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Basic networking and SASE skills
- Excellent communication skills (German is a must)
- Strong time management skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Flexible working hours and mobile working
