Supply Chain Forecasting Specialist

A highly exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Forecasting Specialist to join our team in Europe.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Demand Planner to support our Sales Performance by creating, updating, and maintaining sales forecasts at the market level using D365. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will ensure that forecasts accurately reflect supply and demand dynamics, and collaborate closely with our Sales team to drive sales decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain sales forecasts at the market level using D365
- Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to align forecasts with supply and demand dynamics
- Analyze existing forecasts and propose solutions using historical data and market insights
- Identify opportunities and risks by analyzing sales trends
- Support the team with risk assessments, mitigation plans, and strategic adjustments to sales forecasts
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You should have 3 years of professional experience in demand forecasting and be familiar with inventory management procedures, supply chain processes, and ERP systems like D365.
You should also have strong mathematical and statistical knowledge, with an ability to analyze large data sets. Proactive problem-solving skills, effective communication, and adaptability are essential for this role.
In addition, you should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong abilities in data analysis, statistical modeling, and forecasting techniques.
