Senior HR Business Development Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Development Partner to join our team at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH in Vienna. This is an exciting opportunity for a solution-oriented and motivated individual to expand their career on a senior level, providing strategic support to our Commercial Organisation.
This role involves partnering with senior leaders to drive business growth, develop organisational culture, and implement the global HR strategy. As a key advisor, you will assist leaders with planning, forecasting, and talent management, ensuring seamless execution of HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and execute HR strategies to enhance workplace culture and employee experience.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees, equipping them with tools and knowledge to effectively manage and develop their people.
- Oversee the employee life cycle, ensuring compliance with global standards (performance management, reward and recognition, talent management, employee development).
- Collaborate with leaders to co-design their areas, including organisational development, talent planning, and required position management.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Completed studies in business administration or a related field, with a specialization in HR or comparable education.
- 7+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role, ideally in a HR function.
- Pharma/Life Science industry experience, preferably in commercial/country organisations, with international company experience preferred.
- Solution-oriented work approach, ability to think creatively, and adaptability to change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high level of enthusiasm and positive attitude towards teamwork.
