About the Role

UNIQA Insurance Group AG is seeking a seasoned Talent Development Manager to spearhead the implementation of a new performance management framework across the organization.

Job Description

We are looking for an expert in Performance Management, Talent Development, and Succession Planning to lead cross-country projects and drive improvements at all levels. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in international environments, proficiency in HR software and SAP, and strong analytical skills.

  • Implement a comprehensive performance management framework that aligns with the organization's strategic goals, ensuring consistency and standardization across all business units and countries.
  • Collaborate with IT and SAP consultants to ensure seamless integration and functionality of performance management processes.
  • Configure and customize SAP Performance Management modules from a business perspective to meet organizational requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to local HR teams and managers on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and implement Group-wide talent management review and succession planning mechanisms and roll them out across the UNIQA Group.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Successfully completed studies in human resource management, business, economics, or social sciences or comparable qualification.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-country projects, preferably in a performance and/or talent management context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high proficiency in English.
