Talent Development Manager for European Markets

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated talent partner to lead and support the implementation of Talent, Learning and DEI policies, practices and programs across our Central Europe region (Germany, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Switzerland and Slovakia) to drive and enable sustainable business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a pipeline of diverse, high performing, and engaged employees and drive leadership awareness, commitment, and accountability for talent and DEI initiatives.
- Collaborate and participate in Otis annual talent and performance cycles, learning programs and culture initiatives; promote and co-design learning and development curriculums; drive engagement and enactment of DEI programs; measure and report on progress of these initiatives; and build awareness and accountability.
- Create a culture and environment where all employees feel they belong and can bring their whole self to work every day.
- Directly lead and manage a high performing team of professionals. Ensure their engagement and ongoing development.
- Subject matter expert in integrated talent management and critical intersection of embedded DEI strategies.
- Skilled in completion of learning needs assessment & translation of forecasted business capability needs to a strategic learning plan. Ability to execute on the learning plan, deliver learning interventions & enhance end to end learning impact to maximize ROI.
- Passionate about establishing a culture of belonging; visible champion of this work.
- Program Management experience; demonstrated ability to design and deliver programs for a wide audience, ideally demonstrating experience in organizational behaviour change.
- Demonstrated success in metrics-driven environment; experience with data analytics preferred.
- Compelling storyteller; ability to communicate in clear and inspiring ways, adapting appropriately to the environment and audience.
- Demonstrated success as change agent and advocate for change.
- Ability to operate in a fast changing & matrix environment as part of a Global COE.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- $150,000 - $200,000 per annum salary depending on qualifications and experience.
