Job DescriptionThis role will involve working closely with our internal departments, external organizations, and business partners to ensure compliance with regulations, contracts, and data protection laws. As an In-House Lawyer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and revising contracts, agreements, and policies
- Creating guidelines, regulations, and statutory documents
- Implementing workshops, online training tools, and documentation
- Managing data protection laws and contracts
- Providing legal services to all departments in the organization
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in law (sport specialization preferred)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), with strong writing skills
- Additional fluency in German is seen as an advantage
- Experience in contract drafting and data protection laws
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and graphic design software
- Dynamic and agile attitude, with willingness to travel and work under pressure
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of EUR 44,800 per annum, plus benefits such as travel opportunities, flexible working hours, and a dynamic work environment. The starting gross salary is negotiable, and we are open to discussing individual requirements.
