Multidisciplinary Registration Specialist for ECR Congress

The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a prominent non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing and unifying European radiology. With over 135,000 members worldwide, it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field, the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), in Vienna.

We are seeking a highly committed full-time team member (38.5 hours) to support our Registration & Membership team in our Vienna office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional support to members and congress participants
  • Supporting customers in registering for congresses via email and telephone
  • Preparing invitation letters and assisting with visa applications
  • Organising and executing participant registration
  • Drafting texts for websites and mailings in English
  • Processing payment transactions
  • Preparing statistics and maintaining the database
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of German (C1 level) and English (native level)
  • Additional foreign languages are an advantage
  • Outstanding MS Office skills (with a focus on Word and Excel)
  • Accuracy and precision with numbers in statistics
  • Friendly, neat, and professional appearance
  • Flexibility, team spirit, and motivation
  • Talent for organising and improvising
Compensation Package

The estimated monthly gross salary for this position (38.5 hours) is approximately € 2,800. The final salary will depend on your relevant experience and qualifications.
