Radiology Support Specialist

We are a leading non-profit radiological society, dedicated to the advancement of European Radiology. Our organisation has over 135,000 members worldwide and hosts one of the largest scientific congresses in the field.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Subspecialty Society & Congress Services team as a temporary replacement for at least 1 year, working full-time (38.5 hours). The ideal candidate will provide office and administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, data administration, and file management
- Supporting the organisation of annual congress, workshops, and webinars, including onsite assistance
- Correspondence with members, board members, and participants
- Preparing and promoting print and digital media, including design coordination
- Marketing and communication efforts, such as website updates, social media, and mailings
- Proficiency in English language (at least C1 level)
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills
- Will to travel within Europe

The estimated monthly gross salary for this position is at least €2300.00 (14 times per year), depending on your relevant experience and qualifications.
