Administrative Coordinator for International Radiology Events

The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to promoting European radiology. With over 135,000 members worldwide, it has become the largest international radiological society that organizes innovative scientific events in the field of radiology.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a temporary replacement for at least one year, working full-time (38.5 hours) in Vienna.

Key Responsibilities
  • Society administration, including support for the board and committees
  • Office administration, such as scheduling meetings, data management, and file organization
  • Members and participants support, e.g., administration, correspondence, and registration
  • Organization and on-site management of annual congresses, meetings, workshops, webinars, etc.
  • Design and preparation of print materials
  • Marketing, PR, and communication, e.g., website management, social media, and mailings
  • Collaboration with industry partners
  • Preparation of financial reports, including budgets and accounting preparations
Requirements
  • Excellent command of English (C1 level)
  • Additional languages are beneficial
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in society or event management is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel within Europe

The estimated monthly gross salary for this role (38.5 hours) is €2,500.00 (approximately €30,000 per year), depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
