Cultivating Leadership Culture

We are seeking a Senior Expert in Organizational Development to create and lead cultural initiatives with a focus on Leadership Culture. This role involves working with various teams and levels to foster an inclusive, diverse, and positive work environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a leadership transformation strategy and a group-wide change approach, integrating best practices and systematic methodologies to foster sustainable change.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of the existing organizational culture, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions.
  • Organize and lead workshops to increase self-awareness and support leaders and teams through their personal transformation process.
  • Coach leaders and teams to develop and implement strategies and interventions, as well as measure their impact on the overall organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with People, Culture and Organization teams to align cultural initiatives with the overall people strategy, learning opportunities, performance management, and transformation efforts.

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in psychology, organizational psychology, change management, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Proven track record of successful cultural transformation initiatives in Coaching or Consulting business or in a large corporate.
  • Excellent understanding of team and organizational dynamics and outstanding interpersonal and facilitation skills; A coaching certification or equivalent personal development experience is required.
  • Mature personality, able to provide guidance to senior leaders, and adept at building trustful relationships across all business levels.
  • Proven experience in project/program management, preferably within a large-scale international environment.
  • Team player with excellent organization, follow-through, and a supportive nature.
