Responsibilities- Develop and implement a leadership transformation strategy and group-wide change approach, integrating best practices and systematic methodologies to foster sustainable change
- Conduct thorough assessments of the existing organizational culture, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions
- Organize and lead workshops to increase self-awareness and support leaders and teams through their personal transformation process
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior leaders, empowering them to drive cultural change
- University degree, preferably in psychology, organizational psychology, change management, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a comparable position, preferably within a large-scale international environment
- Proven track record of successful cultural transformation initiatives in Coaching or Consulting business or in a large corporate
- Excellent understanding of team and organizational dynamics and outstanding interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Mature personality, able to provide guidance to senior leaders, and adept at building trustful relationships across all business levels
