As the Director HR Business Partner at Infineon Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving the HR strategy and partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR programs, policies, and initiatives to support the business goals while ensuring compliance. This position requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

In your new job you will:

- **Collaborate with business leaders **to understand their strategic objectives and align HR programs and initiatives accordingly
- **Lead the HR integration process following mergers and acquisitions **, ensuring smooth transition and alignment of HR policies, processes, and systems
- **Provide guidance and support **in areas such as organizational design, talent management, employee engagement, and change management
- **Align with leaders to develop workforce strategies **that support business goals and drive organizational performance
- **Partner with executives to identify leadership development needs **and design programs to enhance leadership capabilities and drive a high-performance culture
- **Drive initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning **and leadership excellence
- **Serve as a trusted advisor **to employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance issues

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **a university degree **in Human Resources, Business Administration or comparable relevant experience ideally in a global corporate environment or in industry
- **experience with post-merger integration**:

- **openness **to be the business partner for a venture Business Line
- **good balance between clear governance and flexibility **to adapt to special needs of a venture Business Line
- **very global approach **due to the global nature of an international workforce
- **demonstrated experience **partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- **excellent communication and interpersonal skills**:

- **proven ability to build strong relationships **and work effectively with broad range of stakeholders.
- **fluent German and English language skills**
