In your new role you will:

- Define an overall **Low and Medium Voltage GaN strategy **in alignment with relevant product lines
- Ensure availability of an overall Low and Medium Voltage GaN **product roadmap**:

- Pursue **alignment between the various roadmaps **(products, technology, packages, etc.) and ensure project priority in-line with overall Low and Medium Voltage GaN strategy
- Drive cross product line alignment with the technology teams to **optimize priorities & resource allocation **covering all business and go-to-market needs
- **Enable the required ecosystem **for the Low and Medium Voltage GaN portfolio through collaboration and teamwork
- **Define and ensure execution **of the go to market strategy for the entire portfolio, in alignment with relevant product lines, and **drive the global teams **to execute the go to market strategy
- **Chair and/or represent **Low and Medium Voltage GaN activities in various **cross company forums**

You are a semiconductor professional with strong market knowledge and a good balance of technical, business and management skills. If you have previous experience in Wideband Gap technologies, that is an additional plus.

You are best equipped for this job if you have:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's **Degree in Ele **ctrical Engineering **, Masters or MBA preferred
- **10+ years **of industry experience, **preferred in the power semiconductor industry**:

- Ability to **communicate effectively and across functional boundaries**:

- Excellent **team player capabilites **, with **leadership skills **and the ability to effectively promote teamwork within the company
- The ability to **successfully navigate within a global matrix organization**:

- A skillset to **solve complex multidimensional challenges **that include technical, business and management aspect
- **Fluent English skills **, with German skills or the willingness to learn as a plus
