Job Description

Lam Research Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Director Ethics to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's legal compliance and regulatory affairs in the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of progressive experience as an attorney, with a focus on regulatory counseling, compliance, and risk management. They should also have an expert-level understanding of global privacy and antitrust laws.

This position will require the ability to work across functions and time-zones in a matrixed environment, providing strategic legal advice that drives business success.

  • Drive the Ethics & Compliance program in EMEA, coordinating effective implementation of compliance policies, procedures, training, and communications.
  • Lead counsel globally for data privacy and competition/antitrust, supporting other compliance activities related to environmental/sustainability, government contracting, and emerging technology.
  • Define and advise on compliance strategy with data privacy and antitrust/competition laws and regulations globally.
  • Support compliance with environmental/sustainability requirements in EMEA, including providing legal guidance on disclosure and reporting obligations.
