**Was sind Deine Aufgaben?**:

- Setup & Konfiguration unserer Poool Softwarelösungen
- Prozessevaluierung & Prozessdefinition gemeinsam mit unseren Poool Kunden
- Optimierung und Einführung der Prozesse mit unseren Kunden
- Begleite und unterstütze unsere Kunden beim Echtstart mit Poool & darüber hinaus
- Aufbau von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen
- Wenn Du Lust hast besuchst Du auch mal einen Kunden vor Ort
- Du entwickelst und optimierst gemeinsam mit dem Team, Poool zur Besten SaaS-PSA-Lösung am Markt
