**GENDER OFFICER (F/M/X)**
(full-time / 40h per week)

**Your tasks**:

- Developing an overall strategy with the goal to significantly strengthen and support gender equality and

gender inclusivity at the IQOQI Innsbruck
- Supporting and fostering measures and international actions within the quantum physics community, in
- cluding the development and maintenance of an interactive digital platform (website with specified func
- tionalities)
- On the basis of an evaluation of existing services for women in physics, planning and implementing

measures such as mentoring and training activities, establishing a central contact point for national and in
- ternational partners, and organizing as well as developing actions to promote and strengthen gender inclu
- sivity in cooperation with partners from science and business
- Target group-specific communication addressing people from quantum physics research, business, public

administration and the general population alike, as well as press work and management of the social media

channels based on a dissemination strategy
- Coordinating editorial processes for calls for proposals in gender-mainstreaming related action, annual re
- ports and newsletters
- Representing the IQOQI gender office in committees and events

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed university studies (master's degree/diploma), preferably with a focus on STEM

fields. Experience or training in the field of science communication is an advantage
- Experience and/or interest in press work and public relations
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English. Knowledge of German is an asset
- Proactive mindset, responsible, friendly collaborator and team player as well as able to work independently,

self-organisation skills, good time-management
