Für unseren weltweit agierenden Geschäftsbereich HYDRO suchen wir am Standort Wien im Bereich Project Execution einen PROJECT AND EXPORT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (m/w/d) auf Vollzeitbasis oder ab 30 Stunden pro Woche.

IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik oder Wirtschaft (HAK/HLW oder Bachelor Studium)
- Berufserfahrung in der kaufmännischen Projektabwicklung oder im Logistikbereich erwünscht, jedoch kein Muss
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
- Hohes logistisches Interesse

IHRE AUFGABEN
- Mitwirkung bei der kaufmännischen Abwicklung von Wasserkraftwerksprojekten mit Fokus auf Transportunterstützung
- Mitarbeit bei Intercompany Verrechnungen
- Einreichung von Akkredititven
- Unterstützung bei diversen Aufgaben im Rahmen der kaufmännischen Projektabwicklung

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet für diese Position das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von brutto € 3.027,24 / Monat anzuführen.
