**Qualifications**:

- Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Training der gehobenen Hotellerie (alternativ auch einschlägige operative Erfahrung im Management Bereich der gehobenen Hotellerie)
- Abgeschlossene Tourismus
- bzw. Hotelfachausbildung
- Ausgeprägte Gast
- und Serviceorientierung sowie Organisationstalent
- Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Kreativität
- Fähigkeit Talente zu entdecken und zu fördern
