**Ihr Aufgabenfeld****:

- Funktion als Multiplikator/in und Role Model insbesondere für türkische Frauen - Bindeglied zwischen der türkischen Community und dem ÖIF
- Beratung von Frauen im Frauenzentrum
- Übersetzung sprachrelevanter Formate des Frauenzentrums
- Bewerbung relevanter ÖIF Integrationsangebote in der türkischen Community und in Vereinen
- Anwerben der Zielgruppe für ÖIF-Formate und deren Bindung an den ÖIF
- Definition türkischer Multiplikator/innen und deren laufende Betreuung
- Vernetzungsarbeit mit Vertreter/innen der türkischen Community
- Teilnahme an relevanten Veranstaltungen und aktive Vernetzung

**Ihre Kenntnisse****:

- Laufendes bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium (idealerweise Soziale Arbeit oder mit Fokus auf Gleichstellungsagenden)
- Kenntnisse der österreichischen Integrationslandschaft
- Außerordentliches Interesse für die Vermittlung von kulturellen und gesellschaftspolitischen Themen
- Erfahrung in der Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperationspartner/innen
- Exzellente Kommunikations
- und Vernetzungsfähigkeiten sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit
- Erfahrung im Bereich Frauenförderung und Motivation zum Beitrag an einer Weiterentwicklung der Gleichberechtigung
- Erfahrung in der Netzwerkarbeit sowie Begeisterung für Netzwerkaufbau
- und -pflege
