**Extent of Employment**: 40 hours/week

Job grading in accordance with collective bargaining agreement: -48 VwGr. B1 lit. b (postdoc) with relevant work experience determining the assignment to a particular salary grade.

**Profile**:
Doctoral degree/PhD degree in law; Excellent knowledge of Austrian and European business law, especially banking law, law of associations and IP law; Minimum experience of four years in teaching business law; Experience in acquiring third party funding; Leadership experience; High ability to express yourself both orally and in writing; Excellent command of written and spoken English, further skills in foreign languages desirable; IT user skills - Ability to work in a team. Participation in the research activities of the institute (payment services, crypto assets, private associations) is desired.
