As a P2P (Purchase to Pay) Agent, you will be based in the Thomson Reisen office in St Johann in Austria and report to the Business Partner. Our P2P department is responsible for the Supplier account management and Dispute process. This means reconciling supplier balances, managing payments and supplier dispute treatment.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- You will be in charge of assisting with Supplier accounts management, supporting the Transactional Lead with Accounting activities in accordance with the organisation´s policies
- Focussing on processing supplier invoices, answering supplier queries and working closely with internal departments
- Reviewing discrepancies and solving invoice incidents, identifying and managing issues on supplier accounts, analysing supplier account status and validating prepayment as well as deposit requests

**ABOUT YOU**
- University degree in Business Administration preferred
- Experience in dealing with multiple suppliers
- A good understanding of Finance
- A team worker with very strong communication skills and able to deal with multiple stakeholders’ expectations
- Proven decision-making skills with an excellent commercial judgement
- Result-focused and strong attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent English and German language skills, both verbal and written
