**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- Overall accountability to drive the commercial and development Biosimilar activities in the Fresenius Kabi production Unit in Graz through a combination of matrix management and dedicated Biosimilar FTEs
- Drives the integration of manufacturing and supply activities into the Fresenius Kabi Graz site
- Ensures timely launch readiness for the Biosimilar portfolio within the Fresenius Kabi Graz site and uninterrupted supply to the market
- Accountable for the Biosimilars P&L in the Graz production unit; through a proactive control of the following non-exhaustive list: Capacity management of the manufacturing network (internal and external), planning and production costs; Optimization of inventory; minimization of scrappage cost whilst maintaining reliable market supply; Managing service level from Fresenius Kabi production units
- Leads the relationship for Biosimilars with the Fresenius Kabi Graz & Fresenius Kabi Wilson site leadership team to ensure a successful partnership and alignment of strategies
- Ensures Fresenius Kabi Graz is launch "ready" for the Biosimilar portfolio both in respect of newly approved biologics and new regions
- Proactively anticipates and communicates capacity (both direct and indirect) growth requirements through the Fresenius Kabi network to support the Biosimilar strategy
- Drives the integration of manufacturing and supply activities into the Fresenius Kabi Graz site as aligned with the Biosimilar strategy
- Leads their Supply Team and ensures their professional development and ensure teams lives the Fresenius Kabi Swiss Biosimilars culture and values
- Identify areas of continuous improvement

**Wir erwarten**:

- Advanced degree in a scientific discipline or degree in supply chain management and logistics
- More than 15 years of professional experience in manufacturing and/or supply within an international biopharmaceutical or biotech industry setting
- Successful track record leading a biologics supply chain is essential
- Deep understanding of biological manufacturing and supply including regulatory requirements and Compliance
- Strong knowledge of supply chain logistics and supply planning and data analysis
- Skills in managing and influencing constructive interactions with pertinent functions and external stakeholders across multiple cultures in a dynamic matrix environment
- Very good spoken and written knowledge of English and German, French is a plus
- Strong influencing skills, effective at a senior level in the organization, ability to negotiate at all levels
- Customer-service orientation and entrepreneurial mindset
- Complex global project management experience
- Strong interpersonal, networking and teamwork skills
- Critical thinking and proactive work style
- Willingness to travel
