**BioTech Senior Project Manager (w/m/d)**

Als Senior Project Manager sind Sie für den Gesamterfolg des Projekts (Projektgrößen TIC > Mio. 100) und somit für die Funktionalität, das Budget, den Zeitplan, die Zulassungsbehörden, die Audits, die Einhaltung und Umsetzung der URS nach GMP, die Sicherheits
- und Umweltvorschriften sowie die Einhaltung der technischen Standards verantwortlich. In dieser bedeutsamen Funktion sind Sie zudem für die Führung von internationalen Teams verantwortlich und bringen die dafür erforderlichen Kompetenzen und Interessen in Team
- und Business-Development mit.

Ihr Profil

Sie sind eine leistungsstarke, teamfähige und flexible Persönlichkeit mit einer Ingenieursausbildung vorzugsweise als Master Engineering oder Diplom Ingenieur. Darüber hinaus erfüllen Sie folgende Kriterien:

- Führungsqualitäten, Engagement, Hands-on Mentalität sowie solider technischer Hintergrund mit mindestens 10 Jahren Berufserfahrung als Projekt/Prozess Engineer/Technischer Projektleiter in der bio-pharmazeutischen Industrie
- Umfassende Kompetenzen im Project Management oder Prozess Engineering
- Hauptverantwortung für Terminplan, Kostenschätzung, Qualität und fachliche Führung und Koordination von Mitarbeitern
- Festlegen von Methoden und Tools für die Projektausführung (Projektstruktur, CAE, Controlling etc.) und Sicherstellung der notwendigen Kommunikation innerhalb der Projekt-Organisation und gegenüber den Site-Verantwortlichen (Meetings für das Project Team, Project Engineering Team, verschiedenen Discipline Teams und dem Lenkungsgremium zusammen mit Project Champion/Kunden)
- Sicherstellung des adäquaten Reportings (Project Progress Report, PPR)
- Ausarbeitung von High Level Dokumenten (Project Procedure Manual (PPM), Project URS etc.) zusammen mit internen/externen Kunden unter Einhaltung der QIMS-Richtlinien
- Verantwortung für die Abgabe/Übergabe inklusive aller Dokumente an den Kunden
- Erfahrung in der Koordination von multidisziplinären Projekten und die Fähigkeit, Spezialisten und Discipline Leads für definierte Zielen zu motivieren
- Bereitschaft auch zur Übernahme der Rolle des Engineering Managers für kleine und mittlere Projekte
- Anforderung im BioTech-Team AT
- Unterstützung im Teamaufbau und -Weiterentwicklung - fachliche Führung, Coaching, Schulungen sowie Aufbereitung und Teilen von Lessons Learned, Mitwirkung beim Recruiting
- Delegieren von Verantwortlichkeiten an die Projektteam-Mitglieder, insbesondere an den Engineering Manager
- Beitrag zur Team-Auslastung durch Projektakquise
- Weiterentwicklung des Departments BioTech sowie Business Development für die Business Unit AT
- Reisebereitschaft zum projektspezifischen Einsatz im In
- und Ausland
