**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**:
We’re looking for a smart go-getter to join our Mobile User Acquisition team, learn how app advertising works with the likes of Meta and Google, and gradually take ownership of Mobile UA in the DACH region - our largest and most important market

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Working closely with the Mobile UA team, you’ll learn the logics of the Meta and Google app advertising platforms; and how to build, analyse, and manage ad campaigns
- Gradually, you’ll take over full responsibility for all mobile ad campaigns in DACH across channels and platforms, scaling them in pursuit of the team’s monthly budget targets and ensuring Journi’s profitable growth
- Use your analytical skills to continuously track, measure, and optimise our paid ads to achieve target conversion rates and ROAS
- Think like a user and work closely with the wider marketing and media design teams to create engaging ads for specific audiences
- Be ready and hungry for additional projects that come up as part of life at a start-up, whilst maintaining a laser focus on the goals for paid ads

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Native German language skills and understanding of the DACH market
- Recently graduated, or soon graduating, from a marketing
- or business-related degree
- Demonstrable interest in digital advertising, especially for apps and across Meta and Google
- Quick to understand data and conclude appropriate action points
- You’re drowning in common sense, have the confidence to act on it, and believe that “done is better than perfect”
- You’re constantly learning, self-motivated, and hungry to succeed - we want to grow not just as a company, but as individuals
- You’re comfortable taking responsibility and want to join a company where you can make an impact.
- You’re a team player and can work towards company-wide goals.

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- Previous experience in advertising and/or in start-ups
- Multiple languages are always useful, especially if you can speak Polish, Italian, Spanish, or Czech
