For our Facility Management team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a
**Coordinator in facility management / property management, 80-100% (f/m/x)**:***
**What's it all about?**
- You provide administrative and organizational support to the specialist in charge
- You coordinate appointments and manage general correspondence in Facility Management
- You ensure smooth work preparation and assist in space planning as well as relocation coordination
- You support the organization and ordering process for internal and external cleaning services
- You assist in the introduction of the new CAFM software and contribute to its successful implementation
- You take on responsible tasks such as invoice control, data management, and handling insurance claims and warranties

**What are we looking for?**
- You have completed a commercial education and ideally already have experience in facility or property management
- You have a sound knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- You enjoy working independently and attach great importance to reliability and precision
- You utilise your strong quality awareness and strong customer focus
- You take a proactive approach to things and are a team player
- You are not afraid to speak English or to learn it
