Data Strategy & Governance ist eine Stabstelle im Bereich Analytics & Data beim jö Bonus Club und ist verantwortlich für die Definition und Umsetzung der Datenstrategie, Vorgabe von Guidelines zu Data Governance, DSGVO und generell Rahmenbedingungen für die Erstellung von Data Products. Zusammen mit anderen Teams sind Sie bei jö für die Weiterentwicklung im Datenbereich verantwortlich und bauen die Stabstelle über Zeit zum Team auf.

Stellenbeschreibung
- Definition und Umsetzung der Datenstrategie von jö
- Erstellen von Guidelines, Templates und Tools zur Umsetzung der Datenstrategie
- Schaffen von Rahmenbedingungen für Data Products (Standards, Prozesse, etc.)
- Support für Analytics bei der Umsetzung von Data Products
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Toolsets für DQM und DSGVO in Zusammenarbeit mit der IT
- In späterer Phase Ausbau der Stabstelle zum Team

Qualifikationen
- Technische Ausbildung (HTL, Studium der Informatik, o.ä.)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position oder in der IT-Beratung
- Solide technische Kenntnisse (Cloud, REST APIs)
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Data Governance, Erstellung von Data Products und agilen Entwicklungsmethoden
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
