**Company Description**:

- Develop world-class employee experience, scale the business, and ensure all lab processes are aligned to the global workplace strategy._
**In your future role, you will**:

- Lead, develop and grow the R&D Workplace Operations team (Team Captains & Specialists)
- Provide management oversight of all global R&D Labs (currently 12 facilities in Austria, Poland, Estonia and Spain) incl. rental contracts, operational costs, supporting construction projects and other workplace initiatives
- Develop (new) programs to enhance the overall employee experience through innovative and creative employee services eg. food and beverage programs, and other amenities to enhance our workplace environment equally aligned through all R&D Labs
- Align, advocate, and implement Dynatrace Workplace Experience & Culture initiatives
- Strongly partner with local Lab Leadership teams to ensure best workplace experience and service-level in the lab is provided
- Evolve the design and delivery of our virtual, hybrid and in person employee events strategy
- Closely partner with landlord portfolio managers and all key workplace services vendors, contractors and suppliers, and source new resources as needed
- Operational cost oversight for all R&D Labs incl. definition of KPI’s and measurement
- Partner with all levels of the business and develop working relationships in multiple departments to achieve common business goals
- Become an advocate for the R&D Workplace Operations & Services team through collaborating with People Operations, EDE, Legal, Finance and other key stakeholder in the organization

**Qualifications**:

- Several years of experience in leading an office management team and different office locations
- Very good English skills
- Strong communication skills
- Well organized and pro-active person

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 43,350 gross per year based on full-time employment (38,5 hours/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
