Ihre Aufgaben
- Führung eines Teams im Retail Risk Management (Process and Projects)
- Laufende Analyse einzelner Kreditportfolios und Definition von Maßnahmen zur aktiven Steuerung
- Operatives Management der internationalen Portfolios
- Begleitung und Durchführung von Due Dilligence Prozessen im Rahmen von M&A Projekten
- Definition und Optimierung von end-to-end Prozessen im Retailgeschäft für die BAWAG Group über sämtliche Produktsparten (Consumer Finance, Mortgage Financing, Factoring, Leasing, etc.)
- Technische Umsetzung von Entscheidungsregeln in der Credit Decision Engine
- Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Vergaberichtlinien und Arbeitshandbüchern für die BAWAG Group
- Definition von fachlichen Anforderungen sowie Durchführung von Tests für die Weiterentwicklung des Antragstools
- Monitoring von Outsourcing Partnern sowie Interface Management
- Begleitung von regelmäßigen Onsite Inspections durch die Aufsicht
- Koordination der Implementierung von notwendigen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen aufgrund externer Findings (Aufsicht) und interner Findings (Internal Audit)

Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Risikomanagement im Finanzsektor
- Kenntnis des regulatorischen Frameworks (EBA Guidelines, CRR, BWG, etc.)
- Erfahrung bei der Genehmigung von Kreditanträgen im Retailgeschäft von Vorteil
- SQL Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Belastbarkeit, Eigeninitiative und hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
