**Senior Group Risk Modelling Specialist (all genders)**:
**Your tasks**:

- As senior team member of the Group Risk Modelling department, you are responsible for developing IFRS9 compliant credit risk models for Addiko Bank AG and its subsidiaries for retail and non-retail segments
- You gather data, develop statistical models, discuss the impact, and improve the existing methodology in line with regulatory requirements (IFRS, EBA Guidelines, CRR)
- You closely collaborate with your colleagues within the modelling team and across the subsidiaries
- You steer and coordinate activities within the Group around models
- You are responsible for linking the risk model development steps to regulatory requirements, business strategy and portfolio management and thereby prioritize projects and model updates for the Holding and the subsidiaries

**Your profile**:

- You possess an academical degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics or similar
- You demonstrate extensive banking experience related to credit risk modelling or validation for IFRS9 impairment purposes
- Knowledge in market risk modelling is considered as a desirable addition
- You have expert knowledge of regulatory frameworks for credit risk management
- You show proficiency in working with data, including data preparation, quality checks, descriptive analysis, statistical models, programming, and presenting results
- Professional handling of MS Office 365 tools, SAS or R, and SQL
- You exhibit excellent command of English in both spoken and written communication
- You like to act as an independent project manager and coordinate initiatives across our entities
- You embody the qualities of a committed team player with a service-oriented approach, proactivity, and accuracy
- You possess excellent analytical skills and strong sense of responsibility
