**Director, Group Market & Liquidity Risk (f/m/x)**:**
Location**: Vienna or Klagenfurt am Wörthersee
**Contract**: full-time

**Your tasks**:

- Director of the Group Market & Liquidity Risk team, you are responsible of the steering and management of all Market & Liquidity Risk units of the Holding and its subsidiaries
- You are in charge of the methodology upkeep and operational tracking of Market & Liquidity Risk, analysis, and proposal of short-term mitigation actions as well as mid
- to long-term strategy as well as the reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- You are managing the international team of Market & Liquidity Risk specialists and regularly interact with the Management Board of Addiko bank AG and Board Members of the subsidiaries
**Your profile**:

- You have a university degree in economics, finance and banking or related areas
- You have at least 5 years experience in Market / Liquidity Risk Management or Treasury Management in a financial institution
- You already managed a team and are familiar with leadership techniques and Austrian labor law regulations
- Excellent command of English, both in spoken and in written
- Analytical skills
- Very high sense of responsibility
- Committed team player with service orientation, proactivity, and accuracy
