General Administration Manager

**Role Description**:
As a General Administration Manager, you will be responsible to ensure that our internal processes run smoothly. As an organizational expert, you manage our invoices and work very closely with our tax advisors on accounting and salary-related topics. As an information hub for all expenses and revenue, you maintain our controlling sheets and support the management of financial tasks and be the contact person for your colleagues when it comes to HR administrational topics such as benefits, time tracking, contracting, etc.

**These tasks are waiting for you**:

- Own the internal invoice management and all administrational tasks
- Maintain our financial planning sheets and control systems to generate a monthly report for the whole company and our investors
- Work closely with our tax advisors, lawyers, and service provider in the US and coordinate the annual tax payments and financial statements
- Support with global travel arrangements, insurance, and working abroad issues
- Support with onboarding processes and contracting and coordinate HR-related projects
- Be the contact hub for your colleagues on all administrational related topics and take care of the daily mail, and general office management
- Assisting the executive team

**Your profile**:

- You are excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Degree in business or finance or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in the financial and administrative area
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- Pleasure in organizing, a quick grasp, and a structured work mentality
