As an attractive employer, Erste Group offers interesting career opportunities in an international environment.- Group Regulatory Compliance is responsible for steering regulatory compliance risks acc. to - 39 Abs. 6 BWG. The unit regularly monitors compliance risks in Erste Group’s processes using internal and external control frameworks. Regulatory compliance risks are regularly assessed in a holistic risk assessment and reported to both internal management and external stakeholders. When necessary - the unit initiates and tracks mitigation measures to ensure a prudent management of compliance risks.- In your internship you become a fully viable team member and get the chance to learn from our senior experts in the field of banking regulation and regulatory compliance. You support the team members in tasks such as:
- Your Tasks- Monitoring relevant banking regulation, assess the applicability to Erste Group, manage the bank-internal gapping process, and track the implementation within the bank
- Contributing to the management reporting and the bank’s risk assessment
- Setting of group standards through policies and other guidelines
- Assessing and driving further implementations of technology in the area of relevant reg-tech- Your Background- Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in legal
- Highly motivated to contributing to the team of experts in their mission to ensuring Erste Group’s compliance with banking regulation- Our Offer- Exciting and challenging part-time internship (19.25h/week) as of January 2024 until December 2024
