We are currently seeking a **Junior Paid Social Media Marketing Specialist** in our Performance Marketing Team who will help us elevate our marketing efforts on social media to the next level.

**Your areas of responsibility**:

- Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing paid social media campaigns to support our marketing goals
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative content and strategies that engage our target audience
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the social media landscape
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in social media algorithms
- Contribute to workflow improvement and documentation to enhance the efficiency of our marketing processes

**Your profile**:

- Initial working experience in finance, business, marketing or related fields
- Rapid comprehension and will to master online marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Understanding of widely used KPIs and you are proficient in Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging social media content
- Quick adaptation to analytics toolstack and the ability to derive insights from data
- Positive, proactive mindset and a dynamic environment pushes you to your highest performance
- Experience in project management

- ** Salary**: The Austrian collective agreement dotes this position at min. 2.041€ gross per month on a full time basis, without taking previous employment into account. Your actual salary depends on your personal work experience and qualifications.
