Als Technical Writer (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung unserer Kommunikationsstrategien für die Einführung neuer Produkte sowie für Produktupdates mit dem Ziel, die Produktnutzung und Kundenbindung zu erhöhen. Du erstellst produktorientierten Content, koordinierst den Workflow und begleitest Schulungen für interne und externe Stakeholder, um sicherzustellen, dass sie stets über die aktuelle Produktentwicklung informiert sind.

Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst Kommunikationsstrategien für neue Produkteinführungen, Updates und Features mit dem Ziel, unseren Umsatz, die Produktnutzung und die Kundenbindung zu steigern.
- Du erstellst produktorientierten Content und Kommunikationspläne in Abstimmung mit unserer Marketing-Abteilung.
- Du koordinierst den Workflow des erstellten Contents einschließlich aller kreativen Anfragen. Damit stellst du sicher, dass Produktcontent rechtzeitig geliefert und aktualisiert wird.
- Du begleitest Schulungen interner und externer Stakeholder (Vertrieb, Partner, Support...), damit diese immer up-to-date mit der laufenden Produktentwicklung sind.

Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produkt-Marketing und der Einführung und Skalierung von B2B SaaS oder ähnlichen Produkten
- Hohe technische Affinität und gutes Verständnis für Software Produkte
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch
- Bereitschaft, neue Projekte zu implementieren und neue Techniken und Werkzeuge zu erlernen
- Hohe Organisationsfreude und detaillierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung mehrerer gleichzeitiger Projekte sowie Anpassungsfähigkeit bei der notwendigen Einhaltung von Deadlines
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem hochdynamischen Umfeld eines Start
- bzw. Scale-Ups
