A Top 100 AmLaw Law firm is actively recruiting a **Finance Associate** to join the Corporate practice group in any of their offices located in the United States. The role is a full-time position.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years experience in corporate finance.
- Experience working with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate financings.
- Experience advising on reporting requirements, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents.
- Have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with mínimal supervision.
