In this exciting role based at Red Bull´s Headquarters, you will advise Red Bull’s corporate projects as a Legal Generalist, starting off with our ice hockey and soccer teams. You´ll be confronted with various fields of law, with a focus on sports and entertainment law.

- Legal counseling to a variety of corporate projects

You´ll not only review, advise and finalize contracts of diverse nature, including athlete contracts, service contracts, supply contracts and leases for our exciting businesses in the fields of motorsports, soccer, ice hockey, hospitality and media. Furthermore you´ll also ensure that templates are up to date and you’ll create new ones if necessary.

In addition, you´ll prepare analyses and solutions for specific legal topics in different areas of law, often in sports and entertainment law (e.g. sports regulations).

Under the guidance of more senior members of our team, you will improve your skills to perform legal risk assessments and provide solution-oriented advice.
- Development to Legal Business Partner

Once settled in your role, you´ll act as a Legal Business Partner and provide comprehensive support for selected corporate projects.
- Project Management

On a need basis, you will work on the definition and implementation of legal processes.

EXPERIENCE**
Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- At least 1-3 years professional experience either at a law firm, an international company, or as a research associate
- Track record of having studied abroad or worked in the English language
- Strong basis in contract law, sound contract drafting skills. Experience in labour law would be a plus.

- Fast learner and proactive personality
- Law degree (Mag. iur./2. Staatsexamen or equivalent or Master of Business Law) with strong academic credentials Additional degree in business administration or postgraduate education (Master's Degree (LL.M.), MBA) is a plus
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken), relevant experiences abroad are a plus
- Travel 25%
