In this exciting role based at Red Bull´s Headquarter, you´ll provide professional and timely legal advice for Red Bull’s New Businesses in various innovative areas. You´ll ensure the efficient management of legal risks, act as Legal Generalist and cover a wide range of fields within law.

As a Legal Business Partner, you´ll ensure the delivery of consistent, strategic, risk-weighted and business-focused legal advice to our new business units with a focus on new technology and digital products as well as production, distribution and sale of high-end products. Gaining a 360 degree view and deep understanding of the businesses is key within this role. You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of legal matters and advise either directly or with the support of internal and external experts.LEGAL COUNSELLING

You´ll draft, review and finalize a wide range of contracts (e.g. production agreements, supply agreements, distribution agreements, e-commerce-related agreements and documents, software agreements, service contracts).

Furthermore you´ll assist and advise the management in the negotiation and conclusion of such contracts and prepare analyses and solutions for specific legal topics. You´ll liaise with internal experts or outside counsels on specific areas of law, e.g. IP and data privacy.MANAGEMENT OF LEGAL WORKLOAD AND RISK ASSESSMENT

You´ll manage the entire legal workload and legal risks for your business units. You´ll create, update and administer templates and empower your business counterparts through impactful trainings and one-to-ones.

Furthermore you´ll manage internal and external stakeholders for more complex legal projects and take over the management of priorities and deadlines.
- EXPERIENCE

- Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience, either at a law firm or within an international company
- Extracurricular activities, preferably studies or work abroad (English language)
- Outstanding legal and business judgment, drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to capture and outline complex business, technical and legal issues in a clear and precise way as well as communicate legal advice to non-lawyers in a common-sense manner
- Hands-on mentality, able to prioritize and handle multiple matters in parallel in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit and solution-oriented working-style
- Fast learner and proactive personality
- Law degree (Mag. iur./2. Staatsexamen or Master of Business Law), ideally bar exam Additional degree in business administration or postgraduate education (Master Degree (LL.M.), MBA) will be an advantage
- Fluent command of German and English
