**Aufgabenbereich****:

- Durchführung von Prozessanalysen in allen Unternehmensbereichen in allen Standorten
- Festlegung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen nach Lean-Aspekten gemeinsam mit den Bereichen
- Projektorientierte Implementierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
- Aufbereitung und Durchführung von internen Trainings und Workshops
- Kontinuierliches Fördern und Entwickeln von Standards

**Qualifikationen****:

- Ausbildung im Bereich Lean Production
- Berufserfahrung in Produktionsbereichen und im Lean Management industrieller Unternehmen
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Überzeugungsvermögen und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Arbeitssicherheitsmanagement wünschenswert
- Sehr gute MS Office Anwenderkenntnisse
